Justin T. Chapman

I specialize in working with small arts organizations with an eye on long-term capacity building. I have a wide skillset in areas important to developing a successful organization, and I am able to take a comprehensive view to identify potential areas of improvement and interdepartmental collaboration. I think of myself as a plug-and-play worker, able to fit into any area one might need to “know a guy.” Take a look at my professional and artistic resumes below to get an idea of my experiences, as well as some of my recent projects.

I hope to use this site to share memories of plays and musicals from my career over the last 15+ years. Theatre has helped me find and create new communities in many key points in my life. Maybe more importantly, theatre is something that I feel incomplete without. I consider myself deeply involved and invested in the success of each production and organization I am privileged to work with, no matter the role.

The work is the point. It is all in service to something greater.
